1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded via the website syesta.de between syesta UG (limited liability), Johann-Georg-Elser-Straße 9, 60438 Frankfurt am Main (hereinafter "Provider") and customers (hereinafter "Customer"). We deliver exclusively to Germany, Austria, the Netherlands and Switzerland.

2. Conclusion of the contract
The contract is concluded when the customer places an order and payment is completed. The order confirmation will be sent by email to the email address provided by the customer.

 

3. Payment methods
We accept the following payment methods:

4. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver to Germany, Austria, the Netherlands and Switzerland. Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days after payment is received. More info.

 

5. Returns and Refunds
The customer has the right to return ordered products within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are unused and in perfect condition. Return shipping costs are covered by the seller. Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned goods.

 

In addition, defective goods are covered by a 2-year warranty (statutory guarantee).

 

6. Warranty
We offer a 2-month warranty on our products. If defects occur within this period, defective products can be returned free of charge within two weeks.

 

7. Liability
The supplier is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the products. In case of lost shipments, please contact our customer service, and we will cancel the order and refund the purchase price.

 

8. Data protection

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
All disputes arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions are governed by German law. The place of jurisdiction is Frankfurt am Main.
