Shipping and delivery
We deliver to Germany, Austria, the Netherlands and Switzerland. Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days after payment is received. Shipping costs are €4.50 for orders within Germand and 9€ within the EU under €250. Orders over €250 are shipped free of charge (Not applicable for Switzerland).

Returns and refunds
The customer has the right to return the ordered products within 14 days of receiving the goods, provided they are unused and in perfect condition.
The buyer bears the direct costs of returning the goods. Refunds are usually processed within 10 working days of receiving the returned item.
